What are the working steps of the bottle blow moulding machine?

The working process of the bottle blow moulding machine in a canning line is not complicated. It generally starts by melting the plastic and forming it into a parison. The parison is a tubular plastic sheet with a hole at one end through which compressed air can pass. The parison is then clamped into the mold and air is blown into it. Then, air pressure pushes the plastic out to match the mold. Once the plastic cools and hardens, the mold opens and ejects the part. Water channels are carved into the mold to aid cooling. So that another round of production in the canning line could be launched.

What are the precautions for operating a bottle blow moulding machine?

Even though a bottle blow moulding machine in a canning line is automatic and is quite reliable to use, there are still several precautions to keep in mind to maintain the expensive bottle blow moulding machine yourself to stay in its condition. Precautions are listed as follows: Remember to check whether there is no material in the hopper, if it is, then the machine needs to be feed in a hurry, if not, please check whether the control contactor of the feeder is in the energized state, if it is, then To get the power status, check if the motor is energized and loaded. Another precaution is that,  after blowing, the bottle cannot be taken out of the mold. First, the mold should be opened and closed manually. If it is normal, please run it in a dry-running state. Whether the automatic blowing machine is normal. Please check your exhaust time setting. If the exhaust setting is normal, and every blow will fail, you can judge whether there is a problem with the exhaust valve. Other precautions concerning the operator himself or herself are: First, do not wear anything hanging, such as necklaces, braces, watches, rings, or loose clothing to prevent the limbs from being trapped or pulled into the machine. Second, always wear approved earplugs to prevent earache caused by the noise. Last but not least, remember to always wear safety glasses and steel-toed boots.
